You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 12 hours before your session from the link provided in your appointment confirmation email. I understand that sometimes life is messy and things come up last minute—just text or email me and I can manually reschedule your session. 

Font licenses are not included. Brand Packages .02 and .03 will likely include custom font recommendations, as they tend to be higher quality and more unique. If you decide to use a font that requires a license, you will need to purchase the necessary license in order to use it online and in print. Most fonts are between $12-30 per license and can be purchased through Creative Market or MyFonts.

I get it. Trust me, I get it. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars working with coaches to grow my business. It was a scary commitment to make. But this work is an investment into yourself and/or your business. If you are ready to see change in your life and your business, you are worth the investment! The alternative is to stay right where you are. 

I do offer payment plans. You can pay in full or you can split your payments up into equal payments (not to exceed the number of months we are working together). For example, if we are working together for 3 months, you may pay in full, in 2 equal payments, or in 3 equal payments. There is a small fee tacked onto each payment plan installment. 

Yes, I accept payments of credit card, debit card, PayPal, and ACH (bank transfer).

No, I cannot guarantee results. I can, however, assure you that if you are committed and coachable, you will be much more likely to see the results you’re hoping for. I can’t do the work for you, but I promise you’ll get what you put in. So if you show up with an open heart and mind, are ready to do the work even when it feels uncomfortable, you’ll do great!
